Hiring Process 6 Questions

Most clients have their new team member placed and onboarded within 3–4 weeks of the initial discovery call.

Unlike freelancer platforms, we fully employ and manage your offshore team member. We handle contracts, payroll, HR, equipment, compliance, and ongoing performance — you get a dedicated, managed professional you can trust.

Absolutely. We present 2–3 shortlisted candidates and you conduct interviews before making any commitment. You are always in control of who joins your team, while we take away the heavy work of finding the best fit for your company.

We offer a lifetime replacement guarantee. If your placement doesn’t work out at any point during our engagement, we’ll rematch you with a new candidate at no additional cost. We maintain a pre-vetted talent pipeline to minimise disruption to your operations.

Our talent network spans a wide range of professional roles across every function, from graphic designers and SEO specialists to project managers, data analysts, and beyond. If you have a role in mind that isn’t listed, reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll let you know if we can source it.

Not at all. A big part of what we do is guide you through the process, from defining the role brief and setting up systems access to onboarding your new team member and establishing a working rhythm that actually sticks. We’re not just here to place someone and disappear. We stay involved, check in regularly, and help you build the foundations that make offshore staffing work long-term. If it ever gets to a point where you’re confident enough to manage things independently, we support that too. We’ve built our process specifically for Australian SMBs who are new to this, and our job is to make sure it works for you, not just at the start, but as your business grows.

Data & Security 5 Questions

Yes. Noventralink operates as the legal employer of record in the Philippines through our registered Philippine corporate entity. You engage Noventralink under a service agreement, not a direct employment contract. This means you have no employer obligations under Australian Fair Work legislation for your offshore team member, and the arrangement is fully compliant with both Australian and Philippine law.

All Noventralink professionals sign comprehensive NDAs before commencing work. We enforce strict data handling protocols and ensure compliance with Australian and Philippine data privacy laws, including cross-border data transfer requirements.

Access is controlled entirely by you. We recommend granting role-appropriate access using the principle of least privilege, and we can advise and assist you in implementing best practices for secure system onboarding.

Yes. Every candidate goes through a comprehensive vetting process including initial screening, skills assessment, interviews, employment history verification, and professional reference checks. Once an offer is made, we conduct formal background checks before the start date to ensure full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

Your team member works within your tech stack. If you opt for our equipment and IT provision, we provide company-locked computers with advanced security measures including restricted USB access, blocked external file transfers, endpoint protection, and admin-level controls. All devices are remotely monitored and supported by our IT team to maintain security and performance standards.

Management 5 Questions

Yes, your team member works directly with you day-to-day, following your processes and culture. We handle all the HR, payroll, and admin in the background. We are the point of contact both for the staff and for you if something isn’t going as smoothly as expected.

The Philippines is 2–3 hours behind Australian Eastern time, making real-time collaboration very practical. Our placements work your business hours or a custom overlap schedule agreed with our clients.

We conduct regular check-ins with both you and your team member and have a dedicated account manager overseeing every placement. You’re never left to manage offshore challenges alone.

If your team member resigns or becomes unavailable for reasons outside your control, we activate our replacement process immediately. We draw from our pre-vetted talent pipeline to minimise disruption, and the replacement is provided at no additional cost under our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. Most clients are matched with a replacement candidate within two weeks.

Yes. Most placements work standard Australian business hours or a custom overlap schedule agreed between you and your team member at the start of the engagement. The 2–3 hour time difference between the Philippines and Australian Eastern time means real-time collaboration during core hours is practical for most roles, and for many Filipino professionals, working Australian hours is genuinely preferred for better work-life balance than the late nights that come with US or UK-facing roles.

Pricing & Contracts 8 Questions

Our pricing is transparent and broken down clearly — you see exactly what your team member earns and what Noventralink’s flat monthly service fee covers. We don’t take a cut from your staff member’s salary. The two are always separate. Placements start from approximately $1,700 AUD per month all-in, with the total varying based on the role, how specialised the experience required is and seniority level. To get an accurate figure for your specific role, book a consult or email us at [email protected] and we’ll walk through your requirements.

We offer flexible arrangements to suit your business. Our standard minimum is 3 months, with a discounted 12-month option for long-term partnerships. We work with you to find terms that align with your growth plans.

Our pricing is fully transparent. You receive a clear breakdown showing your team member’s salary separately from Noventralink’s flat monthly service fee. The service fee covers ongoing HR management, payroll processing, compliance with Australian and Philippine law, equipment provision if selected, performance management. Unlike purely EOR-focused platforms that charge a percentage markup on top of salary or bundle costs in ways that are hard to unpack, our service fee is a flat rate that works out less than most EOR-only providers and includes far more in terms of ongoing support and management.

Yes, there is a one-time placement fee that covers sourcing, vetting, background checks, and onboarding. This is transparent and disclosed upfront during your consultation. After that, you pay only a flat monthly fee with no hidden costs.

No. Noventralink is the legal employer of record in the Philippines, which means you have no superannuation obligations, no payroll tax exposure, and no employer liability under Australian law for your offshore team member. On the Philippine side, all statutory contributions — SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG — are covered as part of your team member’s salary package, which is shown transparently in your cost breakdown. You’re not paying these on top of anything; they’re already factored into the salary figure we present to you.

Yes. As your business grows, adding further placements follows the same process as your first hire. Many clients start with one placement and expand once they see how it works in practice.

EOR platforms like Deel provide the legal infrastructure to employ someone overseas, but often you still have to find, vet, and manage the person yourself. Noventralink is a fully managed service that not only operates as your EOR, but also handles recruitment, vetting, onboarding, HR, payroll, compliance, equipment (if selected), and ongoing performance support end-to-end. If you already have a strong internal HR function, an established offshore recruitment process, and just need the legal entity to employ someone compliantly, a pure EOR platform may suit you. If you don’t have a dedicated HR team yet, you’re hiring offshore for the first time, or just prefer the security and guidance of a staffing partner who can navigate the complexities of hiring offshore — Noventralink gives you the EOR foundation plus everything built on top of it. If you have a purely EOR need, get in touch and we’ll let you know how we can help.

We offer a buy-out clause for clients who, after working with us for some time, feel confident managing the offshore relationship independently. Our goal from day one is to set you up for success — we guide you through the process, help you build the systems and working rhythms that make offshore staffing work, and stay involved for as long as you need us. If you reach a point where you’re ready to transition to a direct arrangement, we make that possible and guide you with the process and, for larger teams that need it, helping you set up your own office in the Philippines.
